Congratulation to Sebastian aka the Emperor by claiming the 3rd consecutive WTFC titles by defeating Jing Chen, 6-2 6-1. The emperor was simply awesome and unbeaten the whole season before winning the crown with 1 more game to go.The Prince, Emoki on the other end of the island climb to the top of the East Zone and also move up to WTFC No 2 spot with a classic straight sets win over veteran Peter Robson of 6-1, 6-1. The win caused French Genius, Tony Permal to suffer a drop to the 3rd spot even with a win over Natalie, 6-4, 4-6, 6-1.
The dog fight continued this week with the remaining players fighting for the last 4 spots for the Master league with only 2 matches remaining. Shinji Kira secured his place in the final 8 with a brilliant win over the more experience Jon Pearson 7-6, 6-4. The win also determined that Kira is the Champion for the South Zone.
